Santiago’s biggest festival celebrates its 28th year with activities that focus on the preservation, development and dissemination of Caribbean cultural diversity. This colorful celebration features a wide variety of music and dance performances, religious rituals, workshops and exhibits that reflect the Afro-Cuban folkloric traditions of the eastern part of the island.
